Specifically what in Shinyalu is about to be sold to foreigners? It feels so strange that Governor Oparanya is going around looking for investment opportunities for Kakamega yet it is him who supervised the planning and initial implementation of VISION 2030. As the Minister in charge of VISION 2030 at the time, Oparanya did not see the need to include any projects in Kakamega. Granted, he was not the sole planner but how could he have missed recognizing that Kakamega was being left out in the grant development vision for the country? There is nothing, nothing in the Vision 2030 for Kakamega. Those of you who are blessed with eyes go and read Vision 2030 and please, tell it to the birds the governors strategic vision for Kakamega.
