I unleashed my inner Charlies Angel this morning with Les Mills Combat. I had to do something after a weekend filled with Christmas cookies and wine (whoopsie!). Holy moly was it FUN. Honestly, I didnt think this workout would be up my alley, but my sister in law kept telling me how fun it was. I took her word for it and ordered it when it was on sale during the BB Holiday Sale (best $25 spent)! I even got these sweet gloves for free to make me feel even more official . I think the MUSIC in it is the best part! It totally pumps you up and keeps you going. I definitely need to practice some of the moves but I look forward to it! Sad to say the Les Mills programs will be retiring soon with Beachbody.
