I urge you all to spend some time with The Lord this morning. Make him your breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Lets put forth the effort to keep him first. You will feel a lot better and stronger when you do. "But his delight is in the law of The Lord, and in his law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in his season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper" (Psalms ch. 1vs. 2:3)
