I use a wheelchair and today I have a great story to share about the GO Transit service. My daughter and I were on the GO train coming back to Hamilton when my daughter let the service representitive know that we wanted the Aldershot station, he asked my daughter to remind him when rwe got closer cause he got to phone ahead to have someone help us since their elevator was down. Few minutes later he told my daughter for us to stay on the train to Burlington stationlater this employee, which was okay by us. A few minutes later this employee told my daughter that GO was rerouting a bus to Appleby. So we disembarked at Appleby and were we shocked when we left the station not only was the bus waiting for usbut the wheelchair lift was already and the biggest surprise was that we were the only passengers. We thanked the train employee as well as the bus driver. I want to thank everyone we know who made the great story possible as well as the employees we didnt see as well as GO Transit. THANK YOU
