I used the course outline as my road map a) to know course objectives, b) level of manipulations with course materials need, c) list of the topics, ... YouTube has all the lessons for any topic I needed ... Amongst three to five of us we found lessons for every topic with 24 x 7 365 availability and saved more than the 60% study time saved by using the web individually. I checked all my reading materials and text book table of contents with the course outline. That course was economics and pajholden series of lectures was selected because he used examples that we could relate to in life. My engagement with the lessons and discussions amongst group members in meetings, via Skype or three way phone calls etched knowledge into long term memory.
