I used to be a realtor in NJ & PA. The enclave clause and using public lands for its highest and best use, could figure prominently in stopping the corruption that is going on. Before the Federal government can assert its power, a full investigation and evaluation must be conducted. If there is nothing to hide WHY DID THE #BLM pull down their previous post from their page? Mitigation land is supposed to be provided (preservation land) in exchange for using other land. A Prescriptive Easement could be the key to this. In 1993 Mr. Bundy lost his federal cases. Because the Feds LIED about the turtles being the reason they had a claim to Mr. Bundys ranch, they have no right to kick him off. If a solar panel plant is put in nearby, those panels effect the turtles being able to get sun which they need to warm.
