I used to be apart of the rockford moms meetup group a few yrs back and although i wasnt super active in the group, when me and my kids did participate it was always a good time. I also made some really great lifelong friends. Im looking into either joining an already established "meetup" group or starting one of my own. If theres anyone in the janesville wisc area interested in being apart of a group or u have ideas of what type of group to start let me know. I looked on the meetup website and it seems like theres virtually no meetup groups in the area. Thats unfortunate. Lets start one. Maybe it can be one for single or divorced parents or just a playdate group. Lets come up with some ideas and make it happen. I need to get me and my kids out more and make some friends.
