I used to think that even the most hardhearted person, when confronted with a bona fide miracle unfolding in their presence, would soften and receive the truth. The truth is that I have seen some people forever transformed through an encounter with God which was sparked by a miracle. Ive also watched as people were supernaturally healed in an instant from an illness that had plagued them for many years, and while they are amazed by what has occurred in their body, they still reject the Lord Jesus as the author of that miracle. Or they allow their own reasoning to rise to the forefront of their minds and quickly decide that the miracle is just temporary and theyre,So glad for feeling better right now but dont expect this to last.
