I used to work with a lady who had difficulty with the pronunciation of some large number of words. There was one particular one which gave her notable difficulty. It was Worcestershire sauce. When she attempted to pronounce it and it seemed to happen to a greater extent than one might expect, she entered the attempt and was immediately seized by the challenge. It sounded like a steam locomotive starting off slowly and then gaining speed as it climbed a grade with great difficulty, I do not recall successfully getting to sauce yet.
