I usually dont put negative stuff on FB....but Im super fn pissed at DirecTV right now. Currently on hold to speak to someone higher than the girl that I spoke to. Im sure Ill be on hold for a long time, just out of spite. They added NFL Sunday Ticket to my bill at $37.49 a month back in July. I DONT WATCH SPORTS! I DONT LIKE SPORTS! They said we sent out a notice back in June about it on your bill. Well guess what jackasses, Im set up as auto payment each month. That was part of the promotion deal when I signed up last December, at $39.99 a month. So when the paper bill comes in the mail, I toss it! Not only did each payment in every month vary since December: $37.06, $44.02, $43.34, $41.68, $43.88, $44.43, $47.10....and then in July when it went up it has been $86.10, $86.65, $86.90......but NOW you say you cant cancel NFL Sunday ticket at this point, and you cant credit my account? BULLSHIT! After I got irate with her, she then said I can give you a $10 credit for each month. I said If you can credit $10, you can credit ALL of it. She said I cant do that. Thats when I said Let me speak to someone higher than you. I wrote all of this, and am still on hold. DirecTV went from being great to fn horrible in less than a year for me! Shady business. Unbelievable.
