I value my people. My approach is always with respect and observing that they are at the receiving end of my actions. This is attributed to my Ubuntu morals and values which I possess as an African person, morals which are derived from my society and their teachings. The principles of Ubuntu are spot on. Treating people with respect does not just make a good society but a society that cares. It makes a legacy, a legacy to be cherished by the next generation.
