I very much want to reach more people with my PiYo class. The benefits are amazing strength and flexibility that transfers over to all aspects of life. Like, the other day I almost slipped twice, once on a slippery floor and once over my stupid laundry, I hate laundry! I was able to catch myself both times and Im telling you the slippery floor was no joke, I was sliding off balance and if I would have fallen I would have hit something on the way down and majorly messed up my PiYo instructing career haha. Thats the balance part that is so important to me, but I can do tricep push-ups now like a boss! I had no upper body strength a few years ago and Im getting stronger every day. I like the low impact aspect because Im impacting the heck out of myself in almost every other class (thats my choice, you dont have to act as dumb as me in class). PiYo is also flexibility and I am more flexible then I was as a baby Im sure of it, because I used to not be able to touch my toes before I started PiYo. So, what do you think? Can you come to my PiYo class and see what you think? Is there anything about PiYo you think you wont like? Its not slow like this video. I use upbeat, popular, current music from Fit Radio and we dont hold poses. We do a lot of sweaty work in a short time. Let me know what you think! I have 7-8 regulars on Saturday morning 9:30am, but they dont all come at the same time. Id like to more than double that number by next month. I also have 5-6 regulars at lunch 11:40am on Tuesdays. On Thursdays PiYo is moving to Kimball, so we wont have a lunch class on only Thurs Fit Together Group Fitness. Monday, Wednesday, Friday will still be Insanity at 11:40am and Tuesday will remain PiYo. PiYo is for everyone. Dont use excuses and talk yourself out of it because I know you can do it, and I know you will love it!
