I visited an interesting tea lounge today Camellia Sinensis Teahouse where they serve different and flavorful teas and a wonderful cheesecake that you can usually only find in Europe ! The texture is smooth and fluffy, unlike most chunky and hard philadelphia like cheesecakes that you would usually find in Montreal, and no wonder theirs is so great, their chef is from Paris ! :) The cheese cake was delicious and fit well together with the smooth and aromatic flavor of the Dragon Pearls green tea that I was tasting for the first time out of curiosity! The atmosphere topped it off with smooth music and a relaxing environment where people can just take their time reading or softly chat among friends. If you need any help, just ring the bell youre brought to the table while enjoying a sample of the days choice of tea. Discover many new teas, and take a leap that might delight your senses, while in a relaxing and fancy environment !
