I visited your restaurant with my father & now I am visiting it with my children :: What does this mean ? It means : we are still satisfying our visitors and for the third generation respectively. This emphasizes that we keep a high-level of quality & good service, as satisfying one generation is not so easy. Then, how about exerting efforts for satisfying three generations and succeeding in that. :: How is this ? This is because behind everything that satisfies our visitors in each visit for any of our branches , there are unapparent efforts exerted by a great teamwork of personnel which we would like to present to you. :: Selecting Location Because the first thing made by the development and extension team when selecting locations for new branches is to be easily accessible and providing parking lots for our visitors to park their cars and entering the restaurant easily. :: Receptionist Who works for providing our visitors with tables enough for the number of guests. This employee is carefully selected to be efficient for this position, as he is the first person to deal with the visitor. Besides, he attends regular training courses in which he is trained to be permanently in the proper and required standard and learning him the customs and traditions of the country where he is working , if he is a foreigner. :: Decoration Behind these magnificent decorations, there are efforts starting from the moment of selecting the location where specialized designers work for adding prominent feature to the restaurant starting from the external decoration and ending with the form and color of the chairs and passing with the internal decoration, furniture color & reception halls. :: High-level Service Provided by our waiters of the Foods Menu until giving the bill. All what is provided by the waiters is appealing to the guest, due to the good selection, continuous training and teaching by management and the training team that undertakes training the employees in regular training courses, for improving their performance and acquaintance of the latest service technologies in the world. :: Food It I the corner stone . All what is required by the guest is to look at the menu and choose his favorite dishes , and it is only minutes and his table becomes full of his orders. In order to make this in a style, taste and service satisfying our generous guests, the actual work starts from the beginning when designing and typing the menus by selecting the proper dishes and in proper consequence that makes it easy for the guest to choose . And we are marked by posting a photo of each dish of our dishes with its name in Arabic & English and we use the coding method, as most of our dishes are from Far East which may be difficult to read in Arabic or English . After specifying the dishes the second phase where the chefs specify and put a list of the necessary materials of all dishes written in the list. A new phase starts in purchases department where the personnel provides the essential materials from its original resources and in certain quantities to keep it fresh and during storage and transport, so the quality control team follow up all the materials and try to keep it in good condition, caring for the daily orders for all meats, fishes & chickens. After that we moved to preparing our main sauces in the central kitchen. Then, we moved to the branches day by day with all the other materials fresh. Again, the quality controller in the branch follows up these materials until the time of cooking to make sure that the used materials are still in the best condition when prepared as to quality & quantity. After cooking, they are served in proper plates for each of the proper decorations made by our skilled chefs recruited from different regions in Asia, in general and china, in particular, as each region has its special dishes. From the kitchen to the hall, as the waiters serve them to the guest to enjoy the shape, smell and taste of the dishes ordered. We, also, a special form presented to the guest to fill in , if he wants to hold a membership card in Chinese Gulf Restaurants Club , or if he wants to submit any complaints or suggestions. Public Relations Department shall contact him, follow up his complaints or thank him for his advice and benefiting for his suggestion. This is why we exert great efforts to satisfy him and his opinion is the real evaluation.
