I wandered down to the opening night of the new venue The Apple & Parrot last night to have a gander. Miss Jess Allan opened the proceedings with a wonderful set as usual, followed by Luca Tom and The Sessions. It is a terrific venue with a good past history for staging live music. Im hoping to be recommending some local upcoming bands to play there in the coming months. Lovely big stage and attracts a good audience. Watch this space. :)
