I want everyone to do this calculation for me and be honest with - TopicsExpress

I want everyone to do this calculation for me and be honest with yourself: Ask yourself how many times per day do you eat out? (Average fast food meal is $7) Now ask yourself how many times per week do you eat out? (Average is 5 times per week) Now calculate if you have a significant other and kids and factor that in as well on how much you spend on them when you eat out, collectively per week. Now how many of you drink Starbucks every morning and how much you spend on Energy Drinks as well. Youll find that you can easily spend $100 per week for one person and times that by 4 weeks. Now factor the unhealthy aspect with health conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. that comes from these fast foods and unhealthy energy drinks, etc. Youll find that youre spending a lot of money on unhealthy stuff. I bring this up because a lot of people will say they cant afford to attend a bootcamp or gym membership or attend any other health and fitness program which average cost is from $80-$160 per month (A legit program). There are even other nutritional programs out there to eating healthy for around $100 per month but yet you cant afford one or the other? A lot of people will wait until the last minute until they are diagnosed with something to finally make these changes with their lives and for some, its too late. So please, if you want to make that change, inquire with a health and fitness program in your area. Its babysteps but I know you can do it. Also, Ive some people say they cant afford my services but yet they went out and purchased the new IPhone 6 and I see them posting about partying. Thats none of my business though. Do what makes you happy. If youre partying and eating whatever, good for you but please dont come up to me and tell me you cant afford it because if you truly wanted to make it happen, youll find a way.
