I want everyone to know about the goodness of God, and how if we are faithful, our needs and prayers are met. After a few weeks of delays, we finally got the truck (SUV) into the shop. We really thought we were having a problem with the transmission, but It turned out to be the catalytic conveter(!). We called the dealership, and the lesson of the day is that on THIS truck, there are in fact THREE (3) of these pricey parts! Oh, it will probably run you about 2K. But thats better than a new car, and you cant pass your emissions test with it like that! Well. Long story, short, we went to our mechanics hook-up and were riding like the summer of 67 for under $500.00! PRAISE GOD! The devil is a liar, and this is a victory! Oh, and Lewis Nixon, I got yogurt covered raisins at Trader Joes today for $3.59 for a nice fresh container!!
