I want everyone to understand that the softball page is to be used as an uplifting informative I do not want it to turn into a negative forum out for the entire public to see. Whatever issues arise about our team should be brought directly to me. I can address those issues without it becoming something that divides our team. What it does is leads to drama and I dont do drama. We have to be a unified team and can only be as strong as our weakest link. I cant fix something if it gets broken before I have a chance to fix it. Please remove negative comments and whatever the issues may be allow me to solve them. Remember how we react now reflects how we become down the road when it counts. I know this team can be the best in the state but it takes unity. Lets start this off right. Lets all do the right thing. No blame no fault just lets get it together for the same goal. I believe all will do the right thing when we all believe in the same goal.
