I want to attract attention of my fb frnds towards increasing gambling tendency among school children in villages.our lawyers fb frnds can file PIL in HC/SC.The issue is-developing tendency in rural areas primary schools innocent children/students by playing model notes of BHARTIYA MANORANJAN BANK.Shopkeepers provide scratch card to students,they scratch it,gets such notes.After it,children playes many games,after winning or defeating they exchang such model notes.this is same gambling by nature,our trading firm provide such notes for their profit,but habit of gambling develops,i believe it is wrong.such tendency in 6-14yrs innocent children,whome have no knowlledge thai it is wrong or not.many times,I have burnt such notes in my school after recovering from children.But im helpless to controll it at the BLOCK/DISTRICT/STATE/NATION level.we should stopped it in social interest.i hope someone should move to file PIL in HIGH COURT/SUPREME COURT.I will wait your thoughts/comments next 24hours on this issue.
