I want to give special thanks to all those friends who helped promote, made arrangements, and took an idea and helped it come to fruition with the Dalai Lamas head abbot speaking downtown. I love working on projects like this to inspire our community and leveraging national and global networks! The next person will be a first lady of Congo Brazzaville (country in Africa). Afterwards, I think I am going to work on advocacy to bring our own first lady, Michelle Obama, to visit Nevada and talk about our education system and increase civic engagement given that we are ranked 51st 5 years consecutively. What you can accomplish in life sometimes is just a matter of what you set as your own limitations. It is time that we change our educational infrastructure in Nevada, vote for legislation that funds education, and be the change we want to see.
