I want to say how fustrating it was for me an my father to play d&d next when it was at the store. The man who was in charge of dm the sessions was friend an co-worker of the store. One sessions he got upset that I didnt have what my spells were listed, I was cleric , i cost one healing spell that session. All clerics can substitute any spell to cast a healing spell of same level. Next session he got nasty when i mentioned about trying to be more careful about this when we were in a big fight, he got nasty an said it didnt matter. Second thing we noticed when dice masters first came out an we asked about it they didnt know about it, or they were out, co-workers of store had an were playing the game... As customers you think the store would want to save that for others to get people interested an be able sell more product or at least consider having people come in like many other board game/card game stores and demo games. I find it hard to want to come in anymore to look more into roleplaying because most of the campaigns our ran by ppl in the store they seem reluctant want to have strangers play an didnt seem wana take the time for newcommers. When we asked about making are own group they told us it be hard to have to talk manager set times and days, an unsure they would have space, you dont have to pay to stay or play games in the store and like said co-workers seemed be able to do there sessions with there friends fairly easy even play magic while on the clock. I consider all this very unprofessional, why do i have to either be friend of management or co-worker or friend of theres to be able to have equal treatment? You should welcome all people to get in to the games, thats good buisness practice, people actually play, have fun are more likly to buy. Seems me anymore the only one seems knowlegeable an pleasent is the manager anyone else lot times they dont seem like they to happy or even wanna answer questions. Now that your store has become bigger I hope that maybe this will change an consider doing board/card game demos now that you have a bigger veriety. Thank you for your time.
