I want to send out a big thank you to the Chatham Cyclones minor midget hockey coaches Kent Hamilton (no relation) and Lonnie Hamilton (no relation to either of us, go figure) for their encouragement and support for all the players trying out for their AAA team. They gave everyone a fair chance to show their strengths. At the end of it all Josh was in tough to take one of the 4 import spots and it was not to be but Josh showed he was very coachable and capable. I could not be prouder. They were impressed with his strength, size, ability to win the vast majority of the face offs and his desire to play. He made some new friends, learned some more hockey and had lots of fun, really what the game is about. Good luck Cyclones! Class act!
