I want to set something straight about pounds!! Granite hasnt put down a adoptable dog in 2 or 3 years they have animal advocates that work out of there. There is a lot of pounds in the surrounding area that have animal advocates and rescues who constantly pull out of them to keep the dogs from being put down. Some pounds have adoption centers now. Please always call the pound if you find a dog if you cant keep it take it to the pound so it is not hit by a car or froze to death. Stop bad mouthing pounds and start educating people on how to be responsible pet owners.
