I want to share my weight lose story. I was weighting 191 8: 00Am, April i went to my doctor he put me on a 7 meal diet. At 8am i ate turkey sausage for breakfast with cut tomatoes one wheat bread, with one granola bar no chocolate in it. With orange and cup of coffee. 10:00Am i ate fruit and peanuts a hand full, 12:00Pm lunch chicken salad or vegetables and your choice of meat, water, 2:00 Pm yogurt and handful of peanuts, 5:00 Pm dinner chicken, or fish, turkey, jasmine rice, vegetable, your choice of beans. Last meal at 7:00Pm your choice of fruit. Water all day.drink hot tea behind meals. Do a detox and cleanser once a month.
