I want to share this meaningful moment with you, my FB friends and family... Its not all that often that we get to be truly seen in our work world, so this feels pretty darned special to me. My boss sent out my promotion announcement today, with a personal apology for being better late than never. What he wrote, though, was both touching and validating. I had to stop and breathe it in -- a couple of times. This is a very real recognition and acknowledgement and I thank you, deeply, Joe. Good afternoon all, please join me in congratulating Peggy Petersen on her promotion to Premium Remittance Specialist II. Peggy has distinguished herself in the time she’s been with the Premium Administration team by consistently generating new ideas, proposing ways to increase efficiency and her relentless pursuit of solutions to complex issues. Assisting in the development of a new Life/DI suspense process, creating an SLA document for the Premium Admin Dept, and improving the manner in which we use notes in Wynsure are just a few of the ways Peggy has made an impact. Since her arrival in the fall of 2013 Peggy has exemplified the core values of Symetra and has consistently grown in her knowledge of the industry and Symetra specific products. She has a vast understanding of the Wynsure system both on the premium and contract side which has helped her become a subject matter expert. Her customer service for internal and external partners is second to none and she continually has provided excellent service on her block of Stop Loss and Life/DI business. Thanks Peggy and congratulations on this well deserved promotion!
