So when your mind thinks: he insulted me, he cheated me, he robbed me, he was rude to me; find peace by letting those thoughts pass out of your mind. Avoid nursing, repeating, and caressing those prickly thoughts. They only lead to toxic living that anchors down the soul to lower depths of living. You were meant to soar with clean, healthy wings!
