I want to share with you a response I received from the Allendale post office. I sent my concern to the usps customer service, and they forwarded it onto them. I hope it helped. If you have issues please,please contact the Allendale post office and document. Here is there response: Dear Ms Thomas, I regret learning of the inconvenience you have experienced. Your recent contact concerning a chronic misdelivery problem has been referred to this office. Our policy is to deliver the mail “as it is addressed,” and your mail should be no exception. The mishandling of any mail is certainly unintentional, and we work very hard to eliminate such mistakes when brought to our attention. As of September a different regular carrier and substitute carrier has taken over that route. I will be speaking with both carriers regarding your continued issues. We will act immediately to ensure that your mail, your carrier’s performance, and service in general receive more care and attention. We must catch mistakes like the ones you brought to our attention before they happen. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you.
