***I want to stress that IM NOT in any way saying your SIZE OF CLOTHING is what makes you healthy or fit. Everyones body is different and works at an entirely different level to the next person. Im simply sharing my personal progress.*** 😊Happy Thursday, Good afternoon HANS family!😊 Yesterday while out shopping (for my husbands birthday😉) I decided to try on a pair of jeans. I havent bought any everyday clothes in over a year, well aside from a couple of special occasion dresses and GYM GEAR. Last summer I surprised myself by dropping from a size 4 to a size 2. Well to my surprise I fit into a size 0 yesterday. 😳😱...what does that even mean?? ZERO? I definitely exist! I LOVE TO EAT!! AND COOK!! 😉 To me it means my personal dedication hit another milestone and my body changed. Staying consistent with my daily workouts but most importantly maintaining a healthy diet. Im not a woman WITHOUT curves thats for sure, this body of mine carried five beautiful babies. Im 44 years old and I will be the first to say I never thought Id ever be in this great of shape, physically. Mentally, it is a whole new level of amazement when you add exercise to your daily life. Stress levels are now a manageable time. Anxiety? Controlled. 😊 Ive excepted my body and its abilities, I realize that if I at least try something, without doubt, Ive proved to myself that I can do anything! Again, this is my personal wellness, I do this for ME, not to be better than anyone else but to be a stronger, better ME, each day. I wanted change when I turned 40 years old and I havent turned back from my goals, instead Ive turned them up!!😎 I believe personal wellness truly depends on your mental strength. Your body tells you one thing but you decide to ignore it and continue to do so....until its to the point where you become sick or you injure yourself by trying to do a simple physical task. I believe we all have that wake up call or have been through it. I personally believe what it comes down to is, you answering that call and making changes, one day at a time for a healthier stronger you! 😊 Well I just thought Id share my little milestone. Ive also continued to gain muscle over the last year as well, Im now weighing in at 148....from 140-145 throughout the year. Im 54 and I dont use the scale as my guide but on occasion I jump on to take a curious peek, especially after yesterdays great surprise. 😉 Whatever your choice of exercise may be, give it all you have. Remember when you eat poorly or decide to stop working out for whatever EXCUSE, the only person that loses is YOU. I did a 45 minute cardio and shoulder conditioning workout this morning and it laid me out on the bench! Lol😱😱 Stay strong, stay focused and enjoy your afternoon HANS fam!🙌
