I want to take a minute to say Thank You to all of the people that has prayed and supported Dustin during his journey. I also want to take a minute to clear up any confusion, conflicting stories or anyone thinking that my stories arent adding up. Because Dustin looks normal in his pics doesnt mean this wasnt serious! He was air lifted to the hospital with a head injury leading to bleeding and swelling on the brain. I watched my son lay in a coma for a week on a ventilator. We didnt even know if he was going to make it it not. Didnt know what damage this may do to him permanently and still dont know. We didnt know if he would ever be able to walk again. So, if in the pics I post he looks normal, doesnt mean hes better or this was not a serious trauma. Dustin is still a long way from being himself again. I thank God everyday that my son is alive and looking normal again. I pray no other parent has to ever go through or have to watch what his dad and I had to watch. Id also be afraid to make jokes or take this lightly. If this doesnt clear it up, please feel free to call me with any questions you may have. Im not posting this for attention and dont want any negative comments. I just wanted to clear it up for a few people. Please continue to pray for Dustin and his recovery. We have been blessed to have so many good, caring family members and friends in our lives. Im blessed every day that my son is with me still and getting better day by day. Dustin is proof of what pray can do. 🙏
