I want to tell everyone in Graham County I have appreciated the time I was able to spend back in the county serving the public as an Investigator at the Sheriffs Dept. However, I was informed today by letter, along with several other deputies and detention officers we will no longer have jobs and our services no longer needed starting Dec 1st. These letters were sent to us from the Sheriff Elect Danny Millsaps. We were also informed our commissions will need to be carried by another agency as we will not be carried in Graham County. While I have been a sworn Deputy Sheriff since 1983 in Graham County, I have tried to serve the people of Graham County in many ways. Law Enforcement with the Sheriffs was just one way. My only regret is not being able to finish and follow-up with the cases and investigations I had. For this I apologize in advance as it is beyond my control.
