I want to thank everybody who has supported Localmotion for the past year, we appreciate the love! We feel fortune to be a place where people feel like they can come be themselves, not feel judged, cultivate their craft, learn to self-censor and find community. Also a space for anyone in the city to come enjoy the talents of the emergent art scene in Indianapolis. It was crazy doing Localmotion weekly watching all kinds of artists from around Indianapolis growing in their style and artistry. Now, were doing Localmotion every Second Sunday, the creative hub keeps building and each show makes a more meaningful contribution to the scene; encouraging others to find their voice in the art community. Everyone is welcome to perform at Localmotion, anyone from experienced artists to someone who just wandered in and because of that performers feel comfortable to push their craft. Each Localmotion has been live rather big or small!! In 2015, we want to be an even better platform for performers to push their artistry and collaborate.
