I want to thank everyone dearly for the birthday wishes so far! As many of yall visit my page today, I want to take a moment to bring up something near to my heart: I have mentioned before that my sweet friend Kelsey Scoggins Kennedy has been battling a fight against a rare form of sarcoma for over a year now. I encourage you all to go read more about what all this last year or so has looked like on her blog, linked below. Today, when you take the five seconds to write a birthday message, please also spend a minute praying healing and comfort over Kelsey. There are specific prayer requests mentioned in the first post. Needless to say, thats all pricey- and much of it is not covered by insurance. If you were thinking of getting me a card or even a small gift, please put that money instead toward helping a wonderful family in need. You can even buy a precious Warrior t-shirt! Friends, you are lovely, and I so appreciate every word of joy today. Lets take it one step further and send love and joy to a sweet warrior woman and her adorable warrior family who could use some encouragement today!
