I want to thank everyone for their prayers, hugs, and positive thoughts for Chuck and me! He did have a heart attack on Saturday. So thankful we were out and only a few minutes from the hospital. The doctors and nurses and staff were all so caring and took great care of Chuck and even me! Chuck had a stint put in the left ventricle to open up an artery that was 99% blocked. He had a little bit of a hard day yesterday but this morning is feeling so much better. We should be able to go home today and start our new way of life. We will be eating heart healthy diabetic foods, which will benefit us both! Saturday and Sunday were a little scary for me. I almost lost the one I love the dearest. Reading your post and message helped me so much. Thank you all for being there for us!! Your love and friendship are highly treasured. Live each day to the fullest and dont forget to cherish the ones you love and let them every time you can just how much they mean to you! Love and prayers of thanksgiving for you all!
