I want to thank everyone who has followed my familys journey. The posts, text messages and phone calls Im receiving are warmly appreciated. I want to let everyone know that my family is going through all this pretty well and more or less as expected. The numerous close calls weve had in the past certainly helped us to be emotionally prepared now. My Father was ready to go a long time ago but kept fighting for my Mother. It was important to him that she would not be traumatized by his death. I dont think he could have passed more perfectly and my Mother has found peace knowing that he didnt suffer. I will keep everyone posted when we make service arrangements. Thanks again for the warmth and sympathy.
