I wanted to give everyone an update. I have been overwhelmed by the response to my request of prayer and positive thoughts. In February I almost lost my leg due to Cellulitis, that I acquired from my first and only pedicure (inset laughter here). After weeks of twice a day IV antibiotics I got better. I was warned that there was a strong possibility that it would resurface, this time it would be much worse it would be full body. Tuesday night I started feeling sore like i had worked out hard. Wednesday I was tired and draggy my leg started to get red. Wednesday night I started having chills. Thursday morning i was in so much pain everywhere I could barely walk and I had a temperature of 103 I proceed straight to the hospital, I was immediately place on IV antibiotics. I am now at home my temperature is down to 100. I will be going back in for daily treatments as well as blood work my CRP was so high they want to check it daily as well as monitor my body temperature. This is another harsh reminder for me about how serious i must be about taking care of myself so I can continue to help others. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers they have been a big help.
