I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tom Coffey and I have lived in Williamsburg for about 18 years. I probably know a dozen or more families in the Haven. I just bought 7245 Canal Street and Im in the process of completely renovating the house. If you know the house its been vacant for a while. It will be listed for sale by the middle or end of April by Wendy Walker, William E. Wood and Associates, Realtors. Its going to be beautiful. The most dramatic change will be that we are painting the brick a light grey with black shutters, red front door and a charcoal roof. We are installing solid 5 wide plank maple flooring in the main living areas, tile in all 3 full baths and tile surrounds in the showers, cherry cabinets with under cabinet lighting, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. We also added a nice size laundry room. Lots of recessed lights through out the house. Beautiful Stone faced wood burning fireplace, New HVAC, electrical and plumbing and a new roof. This house will have also 2 master suites and a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The garage is also 24 deep for a total of 480 sq. ft. It will be brand new inside and out.
