I wanted to pass on my sincere appreciation for outstanding service your team provided me with on Dec.12.13. I live on Vancouver Island and my 2011 Lexus RX350 broke down on the ferry ride over to a business meeting. The ferry staff boosted my battery. I was worried that there may be something wrong and didnt want to risk going back on the Ferry, so I called the closest Lexus dealership (yours). Cameron from your service department was booked solid that day, but agreed to help me. My trusty Lexus Navigation system took me right to your dealership where Cameron took my vehicle in right away to diagnosis the problem. He had me up and on my way within 10 minutes. I really appreciate his service and fitting me in with no notice! I am new to BC, and am not familiar with the mainland at all, and my fabulous Navigation system and Camerons wonderful service looked after me! Please pass on my appreciation to Cameron!
