I wanted to say a few things about a good friend that passed too soon. John Colbert was living his dream. His tireless dedication was inspiration for all around him. His vision of how the appliance industry should work was a culmination of a lifetime in our industry in both manufacturing and distribution. John was easy to work with. He was always open to new ideas and looking for opportunities. There are no secrets in our industry. John worked the appliance industry like a true chess master. Every move in plain site. Always driving to over come competitors. Even though they could see his every move. John was an inspiration to me. I considered John a business and personal friend. He has a wonderful family. I could tell he loved his family by how he drew his strength from them. John was a joy to be around. The world lost a truly good guy.
