I wanted to share something that happened to me last week. As some of you know, my husband had surgery last week. There was one of the employees of the cancer center in the elevator with me on Thursday morning before Stans surgery and he asked me how I was doing and I told him I was tired because Stan had been up all night doing his bowel prep for surgery and he said What is his name? I told him and he pulled out a little book out of his pocket and said this is my prayer book is it ok if I put Stans name in my book so I can pray for him? Of course I said yes and thanked him. And he said Prayer really does work.It was just one more reminder that God had lead us there and His prayer warriors were all around us. So thankful for Gods provision! God knew I needed reassurance and that He had everything under control!
