I wanted to share two lovely experiences I had today whilst working in the store ... I had gone in to have a bit if a sort out and photo some buttons for tonights sale ... First off a couple of little girls came in asking if I was the sewing shop? Come on in said I and before I knew it, they had whipped out their pocket money and decided that they were going to make some Christmas cards for their grandmas ... A couple of metres of ribbon later and some thread and they were truely excited and were already planning their next trip back after school during the week ... Then a little later on I looked up to see a gentleman taking photos on his iPad ... I popped out and asked if I could help him and we had a lovely chat about his wife (who he was taking the photos for) being very keen on crochet ... Such a lovely day chatting about all my favourite things ... Ahhhh!
