I wanted to take a minute to promote Mr. Rooter. They just spent 10 hours at my house today. Our sewer had backed up and we thought it was the typical roots sort of thing, but we called Mr. Rooter over another place because they scope every line with a camera. I am glad I called them; after hours of grinding they used a jet to blast out our pipe and found that there was a gas line bored into our sewer and it had caused 6 feet of sewer pipe to collapse. The owner personally came to our house and phoned the gas company for me, and made them come ASAP to check for any leaks. He advocated for us and made sure the Gas company was going to pay for it and get it fixed right even though it happened in 1998. He also inspected our basement and hot water heater for free and made good recommendations. A great company with honest dudes not afraid to put in a 10 hour day of nasty work, I respect it. If you need any work done I recommend them 100%.
