I wanted to take the time as this festival is getting closer to all of the participants and sponsors who are making again this festival possible. Putting a festival such as this here in Haiti is not an easy task. I want to thank Culinary Events, ATH, Le Nouvelliste for continued support in helping organize this event. This festival is more than just great food, It is about creating a new opportunity for those who see no future in this industry here in Haiti, it is about giving value to the products we find in Haiti and giving them their rightful place on your table, it is about inspiring young Haitians to see the future in their country and it is about showing people of the World that Haiti is well on its way to become a Culinary Destination. We have a beautiful country and for those who always say that Haiti is too rich to be poor, This festival showcases just that.... I want to thank everyone who have supported this festival and participated in this festival for the past 3 years and have been pioneers in the growth of this industry. I hope that this festival will continue to grow and become an important part of Haitis Tourism promotion and showcase our cuisine to the rest of the world. As one of the Organizers of this festival, I pray that many more will see the importance of Haiti Food Festival and will see the necessity to be part of this movement.
