I wanted to talk to you guys about your self worth! You will NEVER do better then the limit you set for yourself. IF you think your a 5 from 1-10 then you will never do better then 5! In yoru mind thats the best you can do so you will enevr do bette then that. When people say its mind over matter... its never be soo true! You can be yoru worse enemy. How many people procrastinate themselves right out of there work out? Ive doen it before. It easy to do . You do that a few days in a row and it effects your progress. We each have to step up and face our weakness! We created this group for just that reason. The problem is NO one wants to admit to some one else that they are failing at some thing. What you really should be doing is reaching out and saying. " help me im having thoughts of skipping my work out today." Then some one can try to at least motivate you and support you . It might make all the difference in the world. Our site for example is full of people who read topics but do not post or lend there 2 cents! Every one wants to hear every one elses story but doesnt want to tell theres. Every one likes to watch the reality show but know one wants to be on it. Hold your self accountable! Let us help you do that. Some steps to help you. 1- LOVE YOURSELF! 2-Set your goals HIGH! 3-Wake up in the mornings with a POSITIVE attitude! 4-Every time you start to decide on what to eat. Ask your self am I doing the best thing for my body? 5-Check in and post on some ones status! You like it when people write on yours! Repay the favor to others! 6-Only you can control your outcomes and results based on yoru decisions you made through out the week. P.S. the only thing I dont like about MFP and the calorie counter is it does not define the difference in 800 calories from a burger or 800 calories from lets say peanuts! if you eat 3 cheeseburgers a day for 7 days and stay under your calorie number do you think you will lose weight? Use common sense and do the right thing. I see people cheat the system all the time when i look at there diary. when people are getting close to going over . they dont input there dinner or there snacks or there drinks! that all adds up. Be honest with your self or you will never be happy with yourself and never see the results your looking for! :) Love you guys! I want to see all of you succeed and be healthier! But every thing starts with Y-O-U!
