I wanted to thank Sox For Horses for the wonderful product they invented and they awesome customer service theyve provided.. They have bent backwards to help me help my horse get rid of a very stubborn case of Scratches.. I purchased The Summer Whinnys from my vet to try them out as a last resort to use on my 5 year old mare who suffered from chronic scratches or mud fever or grease heel infections on her hind legs.. Our past attempts to treat this condition included conventional and non-conventional topical potions, clipping hair, scrubbing with antifungals / antiseptics / applying different RX creams etc.. it just would not going away and my horse was getting afraid of going down there to cause her more pain with ongoing treatments.. The Summer Whinnys were my last resort and I was really reluctant to put them on with no meds underneath.. I followed the instructions from Mr. Petterson to just said to just put the sock on and leave it alone and within days I could see major improvements!! What we tried to fix in 5 months was tons better in 5 days... My mare is now all cured of Scratches and they havent come back... I am very thankful for this product..
