I was adventurous today! Im usually not the baker at all but I wanted to experiment with Buckwheat (no gluten). So I baked one of my favorite German cakes, the Apfelkuchen, sehr fein. I replaced the cows milk with Hazelnut milk and the 200gr of Wheat flour with Buckwheat flour. I also decided to toss a few frozen raspberries on top for color. The taste is great! The color of the dough a little darker and it took about 10 min longer to bake. I think next time I will add another Tbsp of Hazelnut milk for more moisture. I will add the translated recipe in a file format later
