I was already in an Im-not-dealing-with-bullshit-today mood, but now, the wifi at Panera in East Syracuse is down and has allegedly been down for months. MONTHS. HOW DO YOU LET THAT HAPPEN? One phone call. One visit from a tech guy. Boom. Wifi. Dont shrug your shoulders and apologize to me like I only serve the bread. Its not my fault. Blame the people at corporate. I have no power over a little box which sends out an internet signal specific to my location which serves my customers which is falsely indicated by the free wifi signs EVERYWHERE. Dont blame me. I have no responsibility over any menial details of my job that arent clearly detailed in the how to be a store manager binder. Maybe it will be fixed next time. It probably wont, but thats part of our charm. Now, would you like a side of apple, chips or bread with your inability to use your laptop? Or is our ridiculous millennial ineptitude filling enough? And, I know.. First world problems. But, really... How hard is this one?
