I was asked the leave the Calvinist group because of the following statement: CALVINIST LOGIC: If God is sovereign, then there is not a chance for something to happen that he did not ordain. 1) therefore God decreed sin and evil (in order to have consistency) 2) therefore God ordained Satan’s rebellion 3) God ordained Adam and Eve’s sin. After all, not a chance (Sproul) The INEVITABLE conclusion of this logic, in such system, God is the author of sin. Sin originated in God before the foundation of the world. Then sin did not come into existence since it eternally existed in the mind of God, before all worlds, and concretized in the fall of man. Satan is God’s servant. Sin is God’s invention. God is glorified by evil. (Not my view). Was that so bad?
