I was asked to fill out the bio last week.Today when I come in I have this in my email and it is being published. Congratulations! However it is not about me, it is about what he had done and continues to do for me, Thank you Jesus! Amen Cindy Kane - Recognition Biography Title: Sales Executive – Central Direct Sales Start Date: January 13, 2014 Department/Area of Responsibility: Sales Recognized by: Dave Greenstein (Manager); Cindy came back to the company after a 10 year absence. She is currently our Top Sales Executive of the Year, and has hit her Sapphire number for 2014 already. She is a hard worker, and is not afraid to ask for the sale. She has adapted to our TO process better than any other Sales Executive on our team which shows in her performance. She also owns her own bake shop and balances both jobs while being a top performer. Little Known Fact; Even as a child I was always thinking about owning my own business. Home Town; Salem, Massachusetts Family; My husband Bob, children Joshua & Jeremiah, my parents Phyllis & Wilson, and siblings: Fran, Joyce, and Judy. Also our pets Pilot & Piper Kane. Essential Business Philosophy; Stay focused on the prize; manage your business as if it is your own. Treat your client as you would want to be treated. Best Way to Keep a Competitive; Edge: Know my product, listen to my clients, be honest, compassionate, keep it simple, and make a friend… this is my recipe to my success! Yardstick of Success; I feel the most important yardstick of success is how you treat other people; your friends, family co-workers, and strangers you will meet along the way. Goal Yet to be Achieved; I have a personal goal to sell $500,000 in one month! And go to Italy! Best Decision; To accept the Lord as my personal savior and become a disciple to his love. Worst Decision; That I did not spend more time with my Mom before she passed. Toughest Decision; To open my own business. Mentors; I have a few mentors: Vern, Rob and Dave. They have all taught me to be a stronger sales person, and not to be afraid to hand it over for a second voice. This has been a huge contribution to my success. Best Aspect of Job; I get to be myself; I sell with my heart and truly believe in the product. Most Interested in Meeting; Tom Brady (New England Patriots), an inspiration to working hard, staying focused, strong leader and loving his family. Most Influential Book My Bible; it is my best reference and solution to life’s daily challenges. My guidance on how to handle all situations each and every day. Favorite Restaurant; The Clam Box in Ipswich, Massachusetts. My mom brought me there as a child and I go there every year when I go home for a visit. It has the BEST seafood ever! Favorite Vacation; We did an all-inclusive trip to Hawaii. We visited all four islands and had the time of our lives. Favorite Vacation Experience; Paris baby.... what an experience!
