I was asked today what I look for in people I choose to work with. It was crazy how easy that BIG, random question found an answer inside me. I said, besides the basic assumption that they know their stuff, I need to see three things in increasingly important measure. 1) Passion for the Mission 2) Unwavering Integrity and 3) Perseverance Through ANYTHING the journey brings our way. Perhaps with deeper thought my list might be longer than 3, but I doubt those top 3 will ever change.
