I was asked/told: You think money is freedom? You friend, have missed the whole point. Really, I dont think Ive missed the point, but rather I think we have a different perspective of what freedom is. My view of freedom is not having to answer to anyone, being able to provide for my loved ones at the drop of a hat for absolutely anything without the worry of figuring out how I will be able to do it. My view of freedom is not selling the most valuable asset you have, which is your time (your life!) to anyone for a fixed salary or wage. My view of freedom is the ability to experience the entire world, with all of its beauty it has to offer, whenever and however I want to experience it. That, to me, is freedom. At the end of the day, freedom is all relative. Im sure freedom for someone in a war-torn country is coming to a place where there is a solid establishment, but even then those same peoples perceptions of freedom often materialize to something bigger, and want they too push their sons or daughters to take the opportunities available to them to be even more free and more successful. Its all about relativity my friends.
